RETURNS & SHIPPING UPDATE

Happy Monday, Sharkies!

We want to kick off the week with some good news about returns and shipping options for our Australian customers. Here’s what’s changed:

PARCELPOINT RETURNS ARE NOW LIVE FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS.

What does this mean? Put simply, ParcelPoint is a more convenient and cheaper way for Australian customers to send back their returns. Instead of trying to get to a post office in business hours to send off your parcel, ParcelPoint lets you fill out a form online, pay a flat rate, print out a label and then drop your return off at one of 1500+ secure locations across Australia. The drop off locations (which include newsagencies, convenience stores, pharmacies etc.) are usually open for extended hours seven days a week, so you can organise your return at a time that works for you.

You can check out more info and find your closest drop-off locations here.

How do I return an item with ParcelPoint? Super easy – just complete a returns form as usual and click on the ParcelPoint link in your returns confirmation email to start the process. Once you have dropped off your parcel, you will be able to track it to ensure it gets back to us safe and sound!

Note: Our usual Terms and Conditions apply – all postage costs for returns must be covered by you and the products are your responsibility until they reach our office. Unfortunately, BlackMilk cannot be responsible for lost parcels being returned.

NEW FREE SHIPPING & AFTERPAY MINIMUMS.

Australian customers will now be eligible for free shipping if they spend a minimum of $99, which is more in line with some recent pricing changes. In addition, the minimum spend to use Afterpay has now dropped to $49. (If you don’t already know about Afterpay, you can read all about it here – don’t say we didn’t warn you!)

MORE TO COME…

We are still working on other ways to make shopping with us even easier, such as a click and collect option for Australian customers, and better international options for our overseas customer as well. We hope to have some good news on these soon, so watch this space!
