What is your role at BlackMilk? Warehouse Coordinator 

How long have you been working at BM? Two-and-a-bit wonderful years 

What does a typical day at work look like for you? Once I get to work I organise the pick runs, and set up the fulfillment department for the day. Throughout the day I jump in and do pick/packing. I work through any issues we have with orders, and liaise with our carriers to ensure that orders are on track to be shipped. I do reporting, admin and any ad hoc for our fabulous CX Team if needed. And any other little bits and bobs to keep the warehouse running smoothly. 

What’s your fave thing about working at BM? Working with my incredible team to get orders out the door, and see all the pretty clothes for upcoming collections.

What BlackMilk work achievement are you most proud of? Being given the CEO Award for keeping the Warehouse running while my manager was on leave.

What’s your fave BlackMilk piece? Teal Shorthair Furbulous Jacket.

Describe your style in three words Cute, Trendy and a little Quirky.

What do you love to do in your spare time? Going to the gym with my besties. Playing Disney Dreamlight Valley. Going to rooftop bars with the gals. 

Fave food? Crab Gnocchi or anything Italian.

Do you have a hidden talent? It is a secret… but I can sing. 

What can’t you live without? Fred Again 🎶

What are three items you’d take with you to a deserted island? Tent, matches and Aladdin’s lamp (hehe).

What book should people read? Plant Magic for the Beginner Witch: An Herbalist’s Guide to Heal, Protect and Manifest.

What was the last show you binge watched? Grey’s Anatomy (for the 4th time)  

What are you listening to at the moment? Motomami album by Rosalia.

If you could go anywhere on your next holiday, where would you go? Lake Como in Italy (Star Wars iykyk).
