1. Some American TV network decided to redesign the Wonder Woman outfit.

Actual transcript of the design brief conversation:

TV Network Man: Hey, Design man, we need a new Wonder Woman suit.

Designer: Awesome. I feel so honoured to have been selected to reimagine this iconic superhero suit!

TV Network Man: Yeah, yeah. So let's get some blue in there.

Designer: Yup.

TV Network A little red...

Designer: Oh yeah!

TV Network Man: Maybe a golden eagle.

Designer: I like the way you're talking, TV man!

TV Network Man: Oh... and one more thing...

Designer: What's that?

TV Network Man: Can you make this outfit TOTALLY SUCK.

Designer: ...I suppose so.

 

Seriously guys, why don't you just send me am email? I know Costumes-R-Us is closer and more convenient, but think of your image for a moment. That eagle doesn't even look like it's made out of good plastic.

2. I like the idea of the supermarket fashion show from Stolen Girlfriends Club:

 

I noticed there was a lot of Red Bull coverage there. One might reasonably expect that all the Red Bull in that supermarket might sell out fairly quickly.

It's good when things sell out quickly, right?

3. An improvement?

4. I heard a rumour that a few old pieces have been put back up at the Black Milk shop...

5. Looking at having a live photoshoot very soon in the Valley. Tuesday 29th March. You'll be able to pick up some discounted BM pieces as well... :)  You don't have to come, though. Like, I won't be hurt if you don't. Totally up to you. I'll just be making sure we get some sweet photographs.

Me, We

1. Thanks everyone for the massive response to the Black Milk is a Cult collection. Just enormous - we have been working around the clock to make everyone's gear and things are starting to slow down. So you rock - you young, beautiful and stylish BLack Milk customer you - yes you do.

2. So I was just watching the Balmain show form Paris this year. They weren't very subtle with the message - studs, safety pins and the Sex Pistols int he background. I dunno... seemed a little overt. Kind of like "We're really punk. Soooo punk. Look, we listen to the Sex Pistols, that's how punk we are!!!"

Hey, I don't care how many safety pins you put in your jackets - if you charge $10 000 for a pair of shorts, darling, you ain't punk.

Black Milk - we're punk. Seriously, we are. For example, when you buy these things below... chances are, the head designer put the eyelets in by hand, in his garage. Yeah, we're so punk it hurts (although mostly just my hand hurts)

Side Lace Ups $250

You may thinking - "Hey smarty pants - $250 is not very punk either! Hypocrite!"

In which case I will head butt you... which is very punk.

5. So we've just had two new peeps join the BM team, which means we will be able to a lot more cool stuff. Might be time to bring back a few old favourites, huh?

6. I shouldn't laugh... dut I do. Regretsy featuring boyfriends forced into selling the girlfriends stuff. Never before has a centre from seam looked so wrong to me.

7.  I made one of these a while ago. I don't know why.

8. We're moving out of my garage!!! Seven people in one garage = not very cool. Moving to an awesome big place = cool!
