Sorry to anyone wanting to buy stuff at the markets, I'm quitting never to return. :(

Spent a whole bunch of time at the markets today and made the decision to bag it. I have orders backlogged so far that I am utterly overwhelmed... and I'm standing around the markets all day trying to sell to the general public who, by and large, just don't get it.

... and I will re-release the Spidermans at some later date, probably after accidentally banging my head on something hard, and forgetting my name.

Double lace ups - wow...

Pretty soon someone is going to figure out how to do Lace Up legging for girls. Oh yeah, that's what I'm meant to be doing... right after I sew a million Spidermans. You just wait Givenchy, I'm coming after you! (Shakes fist vigorously).

I need to get me some slaves. I mean... students on work experience. Yeah.

Please forgive me - I massively overestimated how difficult it would be to pull off this look so that it will be comfortable, practical, and flattering to the figure. I'm 99% happy with them (after working on them solidly for the last 4 days!) and will start manufacturing in earnest on Friday...

As I have already mentioned to a few of you, I do plan on including a little present for all those who have pre-ordered (as a little thank you from me for your patience).

'Dem Bones

Recently I have been getting a lot of girls asking about the Skeletal tights which I did a while ago. Maybe asking isn't the word - more like imploring.

And you haven't even felt the fabric - it is the softest thing ever. Sadly, I only made one. :(

Anyway, I got my little behind whacked (and smacked) because I sold them to a model (you know who you are...), even though a certain other (very important) girl wanted them. Bad boy.

I did a couple of other versions - some on a matt nylon fabric, which didn't come out as nice, but still looks cool (IMHO):

... and while we are on the subject of bones. I also did this a while ago. Just a bit of fun. There are four different skull faces, each with a different emotion. These were called 'Cute Skull Tights'... for obvious reasons.

I need a better pic of these...

... and the Spidermans are almost sold out.

Black Spartans!

Hello All

The day before the markets and I'm up sewing at midnight. I'm a slow learner.

You guys are going to love the Lace Ups! Patience... a few wrinkles to iron out and they will be ready.

I have done Black Spartans. They have a PVC panel - and they are cool.

Giving and Gettin' the Love...

A big thank you to everyone for the super-positive response to the Spidermans. And an even bigger thank you (and a kiss + cuddle) to all the girls who have pre-ordered them (here).

Quick story... I was at the markets the other day and I had a sample pair that I was working on. This very tall (and pretty) girl asked to try them on - did so - and when she stepped out, myself and her bf just looked at her like stunned mullets. We were both like - "woah" (Keanau Reeves style).

Anyway - especially appreciated the recent love from the wonderful Queen Michelle who rules over Kingdom of Style. But seriously - how talented is this girl!? Not only did she design the perfect logo for me, she even helped me with my styling... the shoes, top, and boob tube below are all her suggestions (the dodgy photography is entirely my own !)

 

It's late - I can't even be bothered photoshopping out my waste paper bin there....

And yes - THAT IS THE CEILING. Warning - looking at this girl's body for prolonged periods of time will give you a complex.
